Nobody’s mentioned production values. You can have a naked, beautiful model; you can have her hang on the cross; you may even get her to act a little (a lot of them don’t!); but if the cinematography, set, lighting, sound, etc. are second-rate (or third- or fourth-, in some cases), the video just doesn’t succeed*. For that reason, I’d vote for the old Maker videos. They’re still the best!

I am big fan the work of Marc Rohnstock.
His films are very gory and explicit and the production values are really polished for what is essentially Snuff porn.

I also like PKF and Ruemorgue entertainment when they do bloodier stories

There's a great Italian film called Moritorius , about a zombie Roman soldier that crucified a bunch of students.
There's one scene where he crucifies a naked girl, she's covered in blood and begging for mercy and he just puts a spear through her upper body.
Her death scene is beautiful.

That's the kind of stuff I watch when I think of me bieng the one getting killed
