How big (or small) would you need for background images? I have some of an "abandoned" movie set (western type) where I shot with a bunch of other photogs a while ago... and I have plenty of desert (my local area) pictures as well. I'll dig the western ones out and post them if anyone is interested...

I don't know. Perhaps useful rooms and architecture. But, when i need, i search in the net or my HDD's.

Not being a manip artist I can't really say whether there's a 'need',
but if, like me, you sometimes see a pic that grabs you and makes you think,
'that would be a great place for a crucifixion/ whipping/ torture chamber/ slave sale, etc.'
I think it would still be very welcome here - it might inspire a story as well as artwork

As I look out the window of my den, I see trees to which a beautiful young woman could be bound, a lawn on which she could be staked out, a low wall on which she could be bent over backward, some autos with possibilities




an asphalt driveway, that is scaldingly hot in the summer, a few homes whose bedrooms may share dark secrets, a xerophytic garden with several varieties of thorny and sharp-leaved succulents, several tall liquidambar styraciflus {sweet gum} trees whose sharp-spined fruit would make excellent missiles for adolecent boys with slingshots, to use on, say, Lady Isabel, the pilloried beauty in King Diocletian's recent story.

The weapons and the settings are all at hand; we just have to have the imagination to use them.

The resolution is to little, i believe. And i have tousends of pictures for cut out and backgrounds. More as i can cut out and used in my life.
But exquisite locations are welcome. And window views are very interesting. Barb, Mel, Eul and I know that.

Thanks! Any dungeon/chamber walls/floors to drop any into? I found an altar that will work. Just need the "mood"

Bloody hell that's a very distracting sight for the driver!
