How boring. As the founder of Crucim im always looking for something a little different. Oh well back to the crucim stories i suppose.

Sir! as a newbie here may i be so bold to say that i would love to be face to face with a male slave being crucified as i was too. i think it would be interesting to see the difference between a man and a woman suffering the same pain and degradation of being publicly crucified to death.

Even more intriguing is if they were on the same cross, either back to back on opposite sides, or face to face on the same side.

What do you think?

Some scientific news:

An interdisciplinary team, consisting of social scientists, art specialists and experimental archaeologist, was finally able to reconstruct the course of an average crucifixion, basing on sources from late antique and early medieval art history.
Now we finally know the shocking truth in all of its details ...


Some explanations:

In the evening before the executions everything is still harmonic.

But already the coming morning is not so peaceful anymore.

First spectators are prepared for their visit at the site.
(picture 3)

And soon a lively public festival is going on.
(picture 4)

Everyone is happy and satisfied,
especially the followers of the traditional penal system.

Here and there little communities are built,
whereas others feel a bit ignored.
(picture 6)

Some time later the first visitors start to leave the event.
(picture 7)

Some protagonists make a slightly weak impression (picture 8),
but with some help ...

the power is soon back.

Finally everything ends in a tasty and cozy get-together.

Back to the present time ...


In the meantime everything, especially the psychologic care, has been considerably improved.

Already the moment of the arrest contains some elements of a friendly politeness,
as well as an enjoyable communication.

Some physical preparations will follow later, in the dungeon,
but at least can the prisoner spend this time in nice company.
(picture 12)

Then it's time for the trial,
of course in a very friendly and harmonic athmosphere

Politeness is everything ...

So the general harmony soon increases,
while not even a comparatively harsh verdict is really disturbing.

A very nice and enjoyable conversation with the friendly and compassionate members of the execution squad follows.

And then ... a nice last walk
in good company ...

Soon the very special site is reached.

And after some necessary work

... the future could possibly become slightly unpleasant,
maybe even containing a bad surprise ...

Additional information:

Just in case that people wonder how I can know all of this details:

It was me who had to clean the mess after the described last event.

But this job is not payed very good.
So I thought it could not hurt to make some extra-money with selling
my secret knowledge.

Unfortunately it's a serious crime to reveal professional secrets.
So it came as it had to come:
Ten minutes after my report ... I was arrested.

Now I have the mess: A sleepless night in an uncomfortable cell,
waiting for a future which will probably not be the pure pleasure ...
