Kathy, all that matters is that you can respect yourself the morning after. Doing things you don´t like is part of the game. To find out where to draw the line is the prime task for you and your master/mistress.
And don´t forget:

Not that the cat doesn't probably deserve it!

My Domme is a great lady and she is teaching me so much about BDSM , I have a lot to learn and I'm enjoying doing so.

:clapping:Yes, OK ! I dont doubt of that and I only wanted to know what you did with this great lady ... but , excepted to swallow or not swallow, you dont tell much more ...
No doubt that you've to learn about BDSM and that perhaps, after 7 years of practice , me too !
Have you understood what is the "O" demarche ? Have you perceived to what the Marquis de Sade wants to conduct his girls ?
The pain inflicted to somebody is the
foundation of BDSM because it's bringing this famous "endorphin" : the principal function of endorphins is to inhibit the transmission of pain signals ; they may also produce a feeling of euphoria , very similar to that produced by other opioids ...
So, you have the following system :
pain ... endorphin'production ... pleasure .
It's the role of a Master /Mistress to obtain this result ... not only to put someone in slavery ...

Well, I was only hoping that we yet could discuss at CF ... It seems difficult ... In my opinion, if a discussion is summarized into the fact of to put a "like" or to applaud , no interest for me ...

As usual, some of my thoughts ... ;)

Wise words Messa.
Learning about BDSM is learning about yourself, and learning about others. Submitting to another, or having the responsibility of dominating another, is an education - learning what desires drive us, how far we may want (or be able) to go, how much we are prepared to trust another, how much we are prepared to do for another. Finding the right person to accompany you on this journey is the key!

I gave you a like both of you but that is not enough to express my total agreement with your opinion! BDSM is a science, a religion and you are high priests.

Kathy, sounds like You found a good Domme Who's letting You know it's all by Your choice. In a consensual BDSM relationship the sub is really the one in control. Course now if You really wanna give up all say and do whatever, for whoever, come on over, I'll put the dog out, throw down some fresh straw and You can move right in.

You can look back thru this thread and see some of the stuff I have done. Like I said earlier ,I am new to BDSM. My Domme and I are getting to know each other and she is teaching me things about the lifestyle and what goes on at the BDSM club. You are correct I am learning how pain leads to pleasure..

You are correct the sub does have control , it's much different in real life then what you see in porn videos.

You are correct learning limits and trust is very important.
