Well, in sepia, perhaps that it shows more what I say in the comment : the Life'Wheel ...
The atmosphere is more standing out ...
But the coloured version is more knocking , though like Eul says, a little cluttered ...
So, the two versions have their qualities, I think ... ;)

I like the sepia but the colour version is also good.
I often do both versions of the same picture. :)

It could mean so many things.
Perhaps the doll represents a lost baby? perhaps the crucified woman is an innocent victim suffering punishment or undergoing penance through no fault of her own?
I like the eye contact in this one, it sets up all sorts of possibilities, it makes this a very personal experience of crucifixion.

I like it because it is mysterious, surreal -
I like pictures (and poems) that arouse complex thoughts and deep feelings
without providing 'meaning' or answers to the questions they pose,
life - certainly my inner life - is like that, I think yours is too Messaline?
