Well I wonder, when the tank is filling with concrete and it's reaching finally her neck wouldn't she start to panik, knowing that she will suffocate right now with no hope of rescure...? So I would expect her final pose would show her body in a contorted, distorted way with her mouth and eyes wide open showing her fear and death-struggle.. and wouldn't her belly be bulging with all the swallowd concrete in her stomach...?
