That's from the Last Temptation, not Jesus' crucifixion but one that he watched and made the cross for, earlier in the movie. In a prophetic scene he carries the patibulum to the place of execution.
It's an interesting moment, that final exposure, the final stripping and ready to be raised and displayed to the people. This is what follows that stripping scene

Let me know if you find one. From what I've found most are in south America or the Philippines and the ones I've found don't involve the victim being crucified naked. I have a feeling we won't see one in our lifetime.

It really is!!! It almost gives you the view the condemned would have. Stripped naked and exposed for everyone and anyone to see. The humiliation looking out at your family, friends and neighbors in the most vulnerable state.

I find the stripping to be one of the most erotic for me.
It must have been awful to be stripped naked and flogged and then forced to carry your cross through the town to your place of execution. The humiliation must have been unbearable!!! Men, women and children standing and watching you when your last piece of modesty is removed exposing you for all to see. And yet I find the thought of it so erotic. Go figure.
There are some reasonable ones out there, but not nude.
Films, yes, and manips, I've dome a few myself. But not passion plays.
