I posted this on the Tortured Women thread a few days ago as an example of women being the torturers, but perhaps it fits better here. While I am writing this from a woman's point of view as she watches - and participates in - the torture of a man, there is male crucifixion in it as well as torture on the cross.
I'm working on some story/art right now where a woman is the torturer. When I wrote The Serpent's Eye, Sabina, the main character, told about an episode where she met Verina, a slave and a prostitute, just prior to the crucifixion of Lucilla (the girl sentenced to be crucified twelve times) along with two men. One of the men, Publius, had raped, sodomized, beaten and nearly killed Verina. She was there to see him crucified, but mentioned how she'd like to be allowed to do other things to him on the cross but they wouldn't let her.
That bothered me some. Why shouldn't they let her? After all, Publius was a slave being crucified by order of his and Verina's master. Couldn't she pretty easily convince him to let her take her vengeance on Publius? What things might she do to him if she had permission? Here's some idea - details will be in the story:

Why is Verina naked? Sabina asked her. Verina's answer: Because she doesn't want to get stuff on her good dress, and besides, this is good advertising for what she's selling.
Yes, she has forced Publius to get an erection. She used an ancient Egyptian potion for that, something they sometimes used in the brothel where she worked. Unfortunately, that formula has been lost over the ages. She cinched a cord tightly around the root of his penis to close off the dorsal vein and keep it erect - like a cock ring. Then she drove a small nail through it, attached a cord to that and is pulling on the nail to torture him and hold his testicles in position so that he's helpless to protect them when she she swings her cane.
He can only watch in panic as the cane whistles toward his dangling testicles:

For many years, I and many others have said that one of the features of Roman crucifixion, with the victim naked, was that it exposed them and made them helpless for any other tortures that an executioner might want to administer to them. Finally, I thought, so what would they do to a man on a cross? Some things are obvious and a lot simpler than what I'm showing here, but maybe too quick and not nearly as much of a show.
In this story, you have a beautiful woman who now has this crucified, naked man at her mercy. He raped, sodomized, beat and nearly killed her. She wants to take her revenge, and being a prostitute, she knows how to deal out both pleasure and pain. She won't simply castrate him or crush his testicles, she'll take her time and enjoy seeing him suffer. And in the process, she puts on quite a show herself. And that leads to other things, but I haven't written all of that yet.

Thanks! A bit of a departure for me, but I always felt like I'd cut off the opportunity for some great desciption when Verina wasn't allowed to take her vengeance out on Publius in the original story.

At the rate all these details are added, soon Serpent’s Eye will be a 900-page classic of internet literature, with several lengthy sections of chapters-long delving into the culture and architecture of Rome at around the time of the story. It’ll be both an epic and a gripping character study. Eventually it’ll be turned into a hit broadway musical “Les Crucifixae”, with songs like “One flay more” and “I dreamed a scream”.

Word says it's already 414 pages, and I haven't inserted very many of the new pictures yet. The Lucilla chapter, of which these male crucifixion pictures are a part, is 105 pages by itself with 77 pictures at the moment. I will probably add at least 30 more pictures I think. Probably need to break it into at least two chapters. And there are 315 pictures in the story right now, before I finish adding new ones, of which there are many. Probably at least 400 by the time I finish with it. It might be so massive that I have to break it into more than one book so people can download it.

Like you said, in a lot of ways letting Verina torture him makes sense, especially seeing how the goal of his execution is the maximum amount of suffering and humiliation. Generally, the only risk would be that she does something that leads to a quick death, but I imagine any of the executioners left could intercede, if they care to do so, or if the author lets it get that far.
Again, I have really enjoyed all the aspects of the Sabina series over the years.

I want to congratulate you for this great story and your art. Would it be possible to create a picture (or series of pictures) in the future where a male executioner torments the men on the cross? I would love to see hard nailed penises. Maybe between the legs or on a sedile. Maybe someone can share this fetish. In any case, thank you very much for your new pictures. I wrote a story two years ago, November 23, 2015 on page 69 of the male crucifixion thread, titled I think the Crosses of Caligula. Here the mad emperor takes personal pleasure in the mental torment and physical torture of a prisoner being crucified. Which reminds me I still have to write part two.

This series is a bit different for me as my focus has always been on female crucifixion. The only males I usually show crucified are background characters, just included because it seems that many more men than women were crucified in Roman times. I only did this one because I needed it as part of a much larger story, The Serpent's Eye, which is about a slave girl's crucifixion by her mistress. Right now, the story is over 400 pages including about 325 pictures, so these here are a small part of that. I can't see a scenario right now where I'd show males tortured by males, sorry.

I personally recommend you to use a cock ring as the one shown in my avatar. It restraints the blood flow and stimulates you, so your erection stays longer even on the cross with all the pain.
It also helps to make your balls easier to see or torture, as they tend to raise a little while "wearing" such a device.
