Fantastic images, Ivan!!! They depict wonderfully the horror a woman must suffer when such a terrible instrument is about to get forced into her.
Nevertheless, I'd like to remark a little thing and I hope you won't mind about it. I think the light and brightness on the woman's cunt is too high and it looks a bit odd.
I think the image would look more natural if you decrease those aspects. Something like this (Sure that you can do much better than me)...

It actually does look a bit better that way. I'm still working on getting the balance right

I actually cant believe I didn't notice that earlier. It really does look strange when its that light. I think I got most of the scene right but that one thing stands out. I just lowered the brightness and rendered it again and it is much better. Thank you.

What a fantastic and wicked instrument!
And how exciting and entertaining should be for the torturer....!!!
Being able to produce so much pain just by turning a little handle...!!!
And in such a humiliating way for the victim... her most intimate spot being awfully forced!
I can imagine the man's eyes eagerly watching the tender flesh expanding painfully, while the poor woman's screams fill the room...

I love the woman's face expressions on the different images as the torture goes on!!!
It's clear that the process is being horrific for her!!! So exciting to imagine her pain and her desperation!!!
And at last, the blood comes out from the ripped vaginal walls.
In relation to the blood color, please excuse me, Ivan, if I tell you that I'd rather prefer a less dark one. Maybe a bit more reddish...
I think that would give even more dramatism and strength to the scene...

The blood was red when I designed it but it looks black under the low light when rendered. If you see blood at night it appears pure black for instance. from what images I looked at I found blood usually looks a very dark red when its in shadow.

I agree the labia color was off before but I think the darker red look more realistic. What does everyone else think?

Yes, I think venous blood would be very dark in that light, arterial blood would be redder, but it would gush out and she'd soon be dead!
The girl's expressions and reactions are very vivid and lifelike, I can empathise with her and what she's experiencing, it's truly agonising - not just in the parts being tortured, the waves of pain flow all through the female body.

Thanks glad you liked it. I really did try portray the suffering a woman would go through as she experienced this type of torture. It must have been hell for her.
 
@Ivanart at the risk of being redundant may I say how amazingly terrifying the RE-makes are! The blood is perfect! The cruel detail of the pear metal and stretched labia from the frontal image, the despairing screams evoked by her amazing facial expression. Just brilliant, well worth the extra effort, love them!

Please, forget about what I said about a possible redder blood color, Ivan.
Your original images are fantastic with or without a darker blood tone.
You are able to transmit perfectly the horror of the scene and give to the sickest of us the chance of tasting and enjoying it.
Congratulations for this wonderful artwork and thank you very much for sharing it with us.
