I have the rest but this is my first time to see 30-33! thank you!llll
I'm not sure, but I remember that this work was never finished because at that time someone was posting these pictures everywhere, and the author stopped working on it after repeated attempts to stop them.I have the rest but this is my first time to see 30-33! thank you!
I also found some parts missingI'm not sure, but I remember that this work was never finished because at that time someone was posting these pictures everywhere, and the author stopped working on it after repeated attempts to stop them.
These coloured images are part of an older, uncoloured series, which seems to be composed of several hundred images. The image numbers on the original, run beyond 158! We are missing most of this fascinating series.
Here are two uncoloured images that are part of the original series (posted on page 11 of this forum. Credit to the original poster).

You can easily see they are from the same series by comparing the first b&w image above, with the image from the coloured version of the work below:

The title of the work in Chinese seems to be 秋风辞.
The coloured version of the series seems to be being worked on by this artist. https://www.hiccears.com/artist-content.php?aid=104838. I am not a member, but it would be interesting to see if he or she has more of the work than we currently have posted here. If anyone is a member of hiccears please check to see what is there.
The artist of the black and white original of this series, seems to be the same as the black and white series posted back on page 5 of this forum ie the punishment of adultery series that Kerlee put up on Ehentai. I'd guess they were are art student at the time of the Adultery series, because they borrow heavily from other works of art. The series which has been coloured up, looks much more accomplished. But some of the figures are notably the same.
The enigmatic artist is worth a thread on their own, I think.
It would be great to track down the whole of the series.
The Ancient Friendship Society (古友社) is a chat group in the Chinese chat software QQ, there, fans of execution discuss, post and exchange their works. It grew to more than 100 people, but was eventually disbanded as works were frequently posted on various pirate websites without the author's permission, thus affecting the author's personal safety (because Chinese law forbids the mass distribution of such works), the Ancient Friendship Society was eventually disbanded.I found something interesting!
The full 200 hundred page series is linked to on this person's webpage. https://s80m.com/u.php?uid=41138. Its the top link, which reads 【原创】 古友社最新推出大型连环画《秋风辞》.
Roughly translated the Chinese text says
"The Ancient Friendship Society's latest large comic strip "Autumn Wind Rhetoric"
Over 200 pages of full-color comic strips, original works. "
Does the name of the artists "The Ancient Friendship Society" mean anything to anyone?
To access the work, however, one needs an invitation code......
Can anyone obtain one?
This is great! Thank you for the translation. It makes much more sense than my Google translated version. The Ancient Friendship Society (古友社) is a chat group in the Chinese chat software QQ, there, fans of execution discuss, post and exchange their works. It grew to more than 100 people, but was eventually disbanded as works were frequently posted on various pirate websites without the author's permission, thus affecting the author's personal safety (because Chinese law forbids the mass distribution of such works), the Ancient Friendship Society was eventually disbanded.
PS. For 古友, I think “Ancient execution lover” is more in line with the translation of its mean, not Ancient Friendship.
This is a series of my request aside from Crucifixion, we are working on another donkey work now.
My fav
Wooden Donkey dong !
Yep, in fact, he was a writer, not a painter, and wrote the relevant article. Two or three of these pictures were found on the Internet, and the others were drawn by other artists he had hired.(who may be a collector rather than artist, as the images are not all the same style).
I love the old chinese comic style.Benimaru from Pixiv (who may be a collector rather than artist, as the images are not all the same style).
