Looks like that series is dareing to use some (lame) crucifixion scenes. Found this regarding the upcoming episodes, a crucified girl as a mile marker! Let's hope they get more dareing! (will most likley take yet a few years.....)

Technically, I don't think the girl was crucified. It isn't clear, but I believe she & the other slaves hung from the mile markers were killed & then tied up to intimidate Daenerys & her freed-slave army.
The trailers have shown a mass burning, maybe we will get a mass crucifixion too.
