I usually use geoshell to show blood but i deleted it when i exported that scene into Unreal Engine as they are not compatible
and i forgot about it when i rendered this.

so you finally got the blood into unreal engine 5?

Not with geoshell they are not compatible with Unreal.
I use the old method of painting blood on the G8 limb diffuse texture.
Kind of work.
