Wednesday, April 25, 2018–Day 115: Of course, when using DAZ (or Poser, for that matter) one typically works in color. It is one of the strengths of the program and you can do some amazing things with it. I did, however, grow up in a world of black and white. I was 16 years old before we had a color tv in our house. Black and white can be extremely evocative. Who doesn’t like film noir? This was a 2012 rendering that just didn’t work in color, but I think it really pops in black and white. I imagine a girl on a cross in the forest at night. The night sounds are terrifying enough, but then she hears approaching footsteps. Her heart beats faster in her chest... Suddenly a bright light is shown in her face, blinding her completely. She doesn’t know who they are and can only imagine what they intend to do to her. It will be a very long night for her... Entitled "Night Crux".
