They say the moon shines bright on Calvary
They say there's always magic in the air
But when you're hangin' on that cross
And your clothes and dignity are lost
The hope rubs right off and you're nowhere

They say the Romans treat you fine on Calvary
But lookin' at them just gives me the blues
