The Rules of the Erotic Crucifixion game.

The rejection of the rationality of law.
The rational scheme of justice is as follows: investigation - trial- correction. First, it is necessary to establish the facts rationally and impartially. Then give a legal assessment of the actions. Finally, take measures to minimize damage to society and people, as well as prevent further offenses.
A spoiled evil analogue: torture - guilt - execution. It is enough for a tyrant to torture out a confession of guilt before killing.
The erotic game spoils the first option, and the second option spoils the erotic game.
In the erotic game, crimes and punishments do not change the amount of public benefit.
So, the three elements of the game of conviction and execution: torture interrogations (1), confession of guilt (2), sentence to execution (3)
And what if we rearrange the sequence?
There are six options
(1)-(2)-(3) - the classic default scheme. Not too good, because it resembles tyranny
(2)-(3)-(1) - an shortened classical scheme with voluntary confession . Torture turns out to be part of the execution
(3)-(1)-(2) - an interesting scheme. First, the sentence, and then by torture, it is necessary to find out from the convicted person for what exactly he or she should be "executed". This is the idea for the game.
(2)-(1)-(3) - There are two schemes - a bad one and a good one. A good one begins with a voluntary confession, and then the best method of execution is chosen by torture. A bad scheme: a tyranny that forces people to accept false accusations by torture.
(1)-(3)-(2) - an exotic scheme. The method of execution is chosen by torture, and then it turns out what exactly should be executed in this way
(3)-(2)-(1) - the reverse scheme.First, a sentence is passed, then it turns out for what, and torture complements the execution. Suitable for voluntary "executions".

I think, the tyranny scheme ommits the need for a confession. With interrogation-trial-execution, it is the court that defines the guilt, which itself follows from the suspicion of being guilty. The interrogation then serves for imposing fear and submission on the accused, rather than for getting a confession. Ultimately, the outcome of the trial has already been decided from the start.

Lying tyrants often use cruelty to convince the oppressed of their rightness. Knocking out the self-incrimination or slander of others is a way to break the will, destroy mentally before killing. This is clearly not what we would like from the game.
