I think it relates to a Portuguese song of the '80s and it means 'a passionate look.'

To add to Eul's description with a suspended sentence if one stays out of trouble the conviction is removed from the records. There are usually 'court costs' levied but I suspect Ariel and the judge will work things out...

Here in Brazil we have something very similar, only it lasts five years this sentence.

During five years you will have to be the kindest person in the world.

And after five years, the records are also deleted.

Of course I did it on purpose, write in Portuguese "Olhar 43".

I do not know if it's the same music you know, but I took that title a, Brazilian music from a Brazilian band (RPM).

She is not a love song, quite the contrary is pretty boring.
