No, Therese Skoda, who poisoned her husband and her parents (Pressburg=Bratislava 1787) got a lifetime sentence and was whipped publically for these crimes, her lover and accomplice Franz Neumahr (the bound man in the foreground) was whipped after her and died under the flogging:
