I took "robots" to mean some form of computer monitoring, rather than members or visitors. I think "stealth" viewing by members just shows up in the overall member count, which is usually a larger number than the members shown on the listing.

Yes, 'automated computer monitoring' is about right - 'spiders' crawling over the site gathering data.
It's happening all the time at any site you visit on the internet.

For me , i called n used it like "busy mode" while i m at work or internet slow..
