I think dynamic long hair looks easier to use (with better result) than dynamic short hair ... ?
The appearance of the hair is best I have seen in an animation. This looks very real!!!

The gif went round several times before I started looking at her hair.... but it is incredibly realistic!

The black-and-white clips are incredibly classy, but I especially adore this "long hair" clip when one of the men "livens up" the hapless victim. As usual, I put myself in her place. Wallowing in red pain and black despair, when a sharp stab pierces the fog of misery... only to see the mocking regard of the men who fixed. me to this tree of pain and humiliation

I've always appreciated the beauty of monochrome, I think you've taken the art form further forward with these exquisite animations!

The color bands should be preventable with linear or raw color on the render then color grading the result and compresing as a webm instead of a gif. But that’s a whole other workflow, and I’d rather not slow you down any.

The dynamic hair is amazing! It’s springy and adds a ton of energy to the relatively static struggle on the cross. It’s pretty impressive technically as well. I’ve struggled with getting cgi hair right for a while now (don’t tell anyone I working on it, though, hahaha) I can’t imagine what that sim did to your render times though. Great animation, great execution!
 
Bartnel, I’ve been withholding comment because I can only echo what everybody else has already said, and I have an aversion to redundancy. But I will say my favorite details are not just the realistic locks and law of gravity abiding breasts.

I note that your CaveCrux tests show her labored, desperate breathing, and this talent-free type has no idea how difficult that is to do. But such is a major component of my kink, and one more step out of the uncanny valley.

All I can add is :clapping::very_hot::clapping:!!!
