When I was young, older people still insisted that you need to memorize the Chinese letters to become a learned person, since even newspapers used to mix them in between Korean words. So I had to learn a few Chinese words like other people in my age.
I think it reads “(beheading) female robber Miss OOO ready(?).” I wish I knew the name part, but I wouldn’t be pronounce it even if I knew those letters anyway because Chinese letters are pronounced very differently in each country they are used.
