No hidden meaning. It's to remind her all her worldly possessions are out of reach even that close. Any semblance of dignity will be gone as the pain never recedes and bodily functions are no longer in her control...

Most things in France baffle me the language is one of them. I`m ok with French letters , French kissing and French fries though.

OK, now class, a little squigle over an N (ñ) means it's Spanish. A little squigle under a C (ç), mean it's French.

Just so you all know . I am English , so i speak English. I know a little German and i can ( and have survived in Afganistan) know spattering of Russian too
