For the more serious violations absolutely should death on the cross be on the table. For some of the minor offenses (probably not traffic violations, except for the real dangerous stuff like drunk driving), then maybe a few hours on the cross would do them some good.

I think the young females, on a Friday night, would be incapable of getting into a car, never mind driving it, so should certainly qualify for crucifixion!

"Taking it like a man" would be the titulus or the inscription of the cornu so you might be right. However, as we know many females tend to dress, even in colder weather conditions, in a rather revealing way.
So females might use the sentences to expose themselves having an excuse as in the case of fashion regulations. Anyway it is worth to try and anyway I would also love to see nude male trafic violaters on the cross, guess that most also heterosexual males would do.

The attractive young males need to be crucified, I think we all agree, even if it isn't your personal taste. That said, I request the pole be modified, please? Because reinstating crucifixion isn't the same as execution by crucifixion. Otherwise lots of members here would not be alive anymore, of course. Death by cross, I think most of us seriously would not accept it even if we fantasize about it. But putting a ripped college gymnast naked on a cross for some excuse of a crime? Most certainly. Small copper nails in the palms or maybe forearms right before the wrist should do it, and some through the feet. I've gotten a stick almost through the foot before. It was bearable. A yes, there's an idea. Encourage the police to obey the laws too, or face mandatory crucifixion as a means of discipline. That would be equally wonderful. All the young fit men should be threatened with display. That's where Rome went wrong. They didn't apparently include their soldiers and centurions in the list of possible crux dancers. We, however, are a progressive society, and should include the government strongmen in the list of those eligible for a dance invitation. Maybe have it so the crucifixion is mantatory for law enforcement as a means of enforcing discipline and improving mental fortitude, and they are allowed to find young, military age and fit civilians to take to the dance of the cross with them!
I like that kind of idea. Non-lethal, and no nails for minor offenses. Young men caught in some minor offense or something, rope or manacle them to the cross. Dreamboy Bondage had this one guy manacled to a wall, where the shackles were sharp enough to bite into his skin whenever he pressed up, dropped, or pulled with his feet or hands. It was a glorious, harmless, but still painful echo of cross nails. Too bad it was a wall and not the wood. I could easily see them doing this kind of non-piercing crucifixion for robberies or something.

In a fantasy world sure. In the real world, capital punishment is not really a deterent and frankly the type of person I'd want to subject to that sort of hellish death, a Ted Bundy or Jeff Dahmer for instance, would still only be killed once, which would be insufficient given the number of people they murdered. Sure, the pain they would feel would come closer to their crime but still insufficient. So in fantasy sure, in reality? No

My first story used similar ideas.
But I do not approve of militarism - humanity must live in peace.
