This topic is related to this one: DLS Drawn Hanging Stories. If I make them separated, that's because I don't want to flood the original with polls and stay focused on the hanging stories and pictures (and your comments, of course!
)
Thus, I've decided to make an exclusive thread for you to tell me what are your preferences in the hanging of ladies. This won't mean your choices will be the next art neither in it, but I'll take them in consideration for future works. And if I ever have another question, I'll come back here.
Of course, you can answer several options in a same question. If you don't have time (or are lazy, it's up to you), you can answer with letters and numbers (e.g.: A3, D2-3-5, G all except 1), although I won't conceal that a copy of the question and the answer directly is easier to me. And if you justify your answer, I'm a happy man (but hey, one can dream!) You can just quote this message and delete the lines you're not interested as well

A) When you come on the main topic, what is your purpose (apart from fulfilling your female hanging fantasy of course)?
1- I'm just here to see women with a rope around the neck and swing, I don't read the text.
2- Everything's alright on this topic: I find the situation as a part of the fantasy, knowing why the girls are hanged, and these stories are good.
3- Same as 2, but the stories are too long, too much to read (especially because English is not my mother tongue) or too much improbable to believe them.
4- Other.
B) And when it comes to the pictures, what are your preferences?
1- As long you show me woman and gallows in the same time, I'm a happy soul!
2- I prefer before the swing: when she walks to the gallows, when they put the noose around her neck and when everything is ready.
3- I love the part when the girl drops, dances and struggles.
4- The moment she is unconcious or dead is the best: seeing the peaceful girl at the end of the tighted rope is incredibly charming.
5- Other.
C) What about the angle of the pictures?
1- I like all as the same.
2- I prefer close-up pictures on the face, before the drop or after when the rope is crushing her throat.
3- I prefer to see the whole girl, maybe with a little bit of rope/knot.
4- I prefer large angles, when you see all: the girl and the whole gallows (and maybe other characters).
D) To make a woman swing, you prefer the deed being done by a:
1- Hangman.
2- Hangmaid.
3- Both are good.
E) Has the executioner to be dressed:
1- In themed outfit...
2- In common clothes...
3- ... and hiding their face.
4- ... and showing their face.
5- I don't care, as long they hang the ladies.
F) When it comes to hair color, which one would you prefer?
1- Blond (platinum to ripe wheat).
2- Brown (chestnut to dark).
3- Black.
4- Auburn.
5- Red (fire to bright ginger).
6- Unnatural (green, blue, purple, true red...).
7- Doesn't matter, all are fine.
Those hair questions can be for the executed girls or the executioners as well.
G) What is your favorite kind of hairstyle?
1- Loose.
2- Simple (ponytail, braid).
3- Sophisticated, I'd love to see some noble woman swing!
4- Short.
5- As long as she got hair...
H) What do you like the most in terms of hair type?
1- Straight.
2- Slightly curly.
3- Ringlets.
4- Really curly.
5- I have no preference about that.
I) Once the girl's hanged, how do you prefer the "physics" of her hair?
1- Natural: we may can't see her face very well or at all, but I want the most realistic render as possible.
2- Rigid: her face is more important even if it gives her a Playmobil style.
3- A mix of both: natural when it doesn't cover the face, and rigid if needed.
4- Sorry, I never studied physics.
J) About the condemed clothing:
1- Utterly naked! People asks for skin!
2- Partially naked: breasts shown but wearing trousers or a skirt. Or the reverse, why not?
3- In prisoner rags.
4- In her own outfit.
5- Dress her the way you want, but let her feet/ankles naked.
K) What do you like the most in a condemned's behaviour?
1- Terrified, maybe even crying.
2- Resigned, helpless and sad, but not necessarily to the tears.
3- Brave when facing the noose, not letting fear showing, maybe with some boldness.
4- Looking forward, or even thrilling, to be executed. Aroused by that, perhaps?
5- Other. (it can be a mix of previous replies)
L) What justification to hang do you prefer?
1- When it's well-deserved. No mercy for criminals, and praise justice!
2- I kinda like when the punishment is somewhat harsh, but not unfounded.
3- Make her a martyr, executed by an oppressive and unfair law while she was fighting it for better ideals.
4- Something abusive, killed for the example or so whereas she never did anything for it.
5- It's all fun and games till something goes wrong.
6- Suicide, all by herself or helped in any way.
7- No need to justify: the girl swings and that's all what matters.
8- Other.
M) Do you want some "active" sexual content (nudity doesn't count as)?
1- No, thanks.
2- That's not what I'm looking for, but I won't mind neither if the woman is still hanged anyway.
3- Not in pictures, but I'm okay if it's written.
4- Before her arrest? Could be nice if it fits with the story.
5- Yeah, I'd love to see her having an intercourse before death!
As I am not in rape fetish at all, you'll never, ever have this kind of abuse in pictures (neither in the story, except if the girl is sentenced for that). So I won't take note if you ask for it. I'm neither in any sort of necrophilia stuff: no sex on the bodies, thanks.
N) When it comes to pictorial backgrounds:
1- That's really nice and adds a lot to the immersion!
2- This is cool, but not necessary: don't get worked up with it if you find the making of it hard.
3- With or without background, I'm only interested by the characters and the gallows.
4- Honestly, I'd prefer to have nothing but plain color.
O) Some suggestions for future pictures?
1- Make the girls move a little bit more: they are very straight.
2- I really prefer when girls have their head twisted; yours often "watch" the ground.
3- More points of view: from behind, high/low-angle shots, etc.
4- Multiple/Mass hangings! (please tell from how much you consider this is "mass" hanging)
5- Maybe another era/time period than the Middle Ages?
6- I'd definitely love to see Barb getting hanged again
7- Other.
Be sure your opinion matters a lot to me! It can give me some new ideas of stories, and seeing people showing interest in my work is very motivating! Of course I'm not looking to please everyone at every drawing, I'm always the first who has to enjoy it, but you're not out of this will to draw. So, thank you
