Actually you can get quite a good translation throughout Google Translate. And I am pretty damn serious - as far as I know, the infamous service has a decent quality of French-to-English sentence translation. I wish you best of luck!

Mine was a quick and dirty! Copy the picture to Paint, erase the tekst bubble and write the translation in it. It was not such a big deal, since there was few tekst (only a little bit more on page 3).

Your English wording is more accurate. I kept it closer to the French wording.
