Says it All!

Strange - happens all the time when I give compliments to beautiful women :(
I have the same problem. Most of the time when I want to complement one, I get slapped! Come on gals! You know we're barely up from the caveman! When we say something more articulate than Hubba Hubba! or Put that here Baby! We should be given credit.

Palais-Royal Reno
Monday December 4, 2017 Palais-Royal Casino Reno, Security Office
James Barker, head of security here. I’ve worked upper level security at several large Las Vegas properties. I’ve been a cop, a Marine MP, worked with Blackwater Security in Iraq, and several missions I cannot discuss. I’ve been here at Palais-Royal since the planning stages. My men are the best you can hire in Nevada.pazlosmall.jpg On the rare occasions when we need help, there is a private security service on standby with outstanding agents from Eastern Europe.download (1).jpg
Most of our operation is what you would expect from Security. A pair of armed guards escort any money moving within the casino as well as that moving off premises.
Guards walk the casino floor, the lobbies, restaurants and hallways, 24/7. Security responds to reports of disturbances, but generally hangs back while the problem, usually alcohol induced, is handled by Hosts.
A unique function of our Security is the posting of two guards at each of the entrances to serve as “Hosts.” The men have been required to memorize the faces, names, and close friends of the “100” (our preferred clients) to greet them by name. They also refuse entrance to those we don’t wish to serve (e.g. Harold and Maude from Madison, Wisconsin in matching Hawaiian shirts with cameras around their necks and “Bucky” caps). Between this care for who is allowed in, and the highly-trained guards on the floor, you’re safer in my casino that walking the Halls of the White House.
We respond with at least four guards (with the established response time of 45 seconds) to reports of cheaters.hqdefault.jpg They are escorted (whether willing or not) to our holding cells where they are interrogated by staff specially trained in this area. Nevada law allows us to hold (and gives immunity from civil action) suspected cheaters for up to 24 hours.* With the consent of the Gaming Authorities (easy to obtain) we can hold them for a week.
After confessions (and anything else we need) are obtained, we turn them over to the Gaming Authorities for prosecution. Our friends in Surveillance include some first-rate manipulators who can produce images of the cheater entering the casino with all the injuries to show they were pre-existing.download.jpg The authorities never question this.
A word of advice, don’t cheat in my casino!

Although we allow and even facilitate all the sexual and S&M fantasies of our preferred guests, there is one thing we will not tolerate – underage. Nevada law limits gambling to 21 and older. No one younger is ever allowed on the casino floor. The age of consent in Nevada is 16, no one younger is allowed anywhere on the casino property at any time. No exceptions.
A recent example. Two coaches and three female gymnasts from the Romanian Olympic Gymnastics team checked into the hotel. It had been arranged (innocently – we thoroughly checked – even our top clients may not violate this rule) by one of the “100” with ties to the Olympic movement. Despite papers indicating the girls were of age, the desk staff immediately informed me. I displaced a security team to the hallway of their connecting rooms, notified our CEO and hurried to Surveillance to observe the rooms (yes – we can spy very well on any space in the entire building). CEO Marcum contacted Interpol and a private “security” firm in Bucharest. Within 20 minutes, we learned two of the three girls were under age. When Marcum called me in Surveillance with this, we already were seeing the coaches coming on to the girls. I directed the team to enter the room. The coaches were arrested (injured rather severely while resisting), and turned over to the authorities with all our evidence and the girls delivered to Child Protective Services.
Unfortunately, it was complicated by State Department issues, and the lot was sent back to Romania where we learned there were no consequences. Marcum contacted one of our investors, who in turn contacted an affiliate in Romania. A few days later, our investor got back to Marcum with the news that the coaches had been “grievously” injured in a street mugging in Bucharest. He added, “they will never be able to molest a girl again!” It seemed like a fair resolution.

* In Nevada, for a player to cheat in a casino is a category B felony under Nevada law. The first offense will be a sentence of 1 to 6 years with a $10,000 fine. The second offense has the same sentence but no probation is granted. Under the laws in Nevada, any second conviction of cheating will require the serving of at least one year in prison before becoming eligible for parole.
