I love the speech bubbles. My one suggestion would be to eliminate the quote-marks. The bubbles themselves serve that purpose, so they are not needed. I also love the sound effects outside the bubbles.

So if i get this right, one of the woman's leg was broken before, now they hammer a spike through her shinbone, most likely shattering it as well -> No support form her legs is possible even if the bone isn't shattered.
Then use a sharp horn to give her some support they just taken away.
Cunt or ass it will do massive damage and let her bleed profusely on the inside, shortening her life .

Think they have been bribed by someone to kill her off quickly.
but not paid enough to dispatch her in a less cruel way
