(spoiler alert) the wicked warden gets hers, with her own whip, on the cross she had used to terrify the prisoners. Anxiously, stretched out, she awaits the next hit.
Note that this scene has apparently used a body double for the actress playing the warden, whose head has been added in post-production. It can be seen by the sharp lighting boundary between her neck and her chest.

Must have been a nasty contract dispute over nudity for her to lose her head. Either she needs a better agent or to learn to always read the fine print!

Considering her part in the movie, she has abstained from complaining. Otherwise the director would have added a few more takes of the whipping scene!

Digging deeper: the warden in Caged Fury was played by an actress/stunt woman named Mindi Miller who was billed as Ty Randolph.
She starred in a 1986 sword-and-sandle film "Amazons", where she was billed as Windsor Taylor Randolph (IMDB has her listed with about a dozen names). The setting of the photo and the costume of the brunet seem more fitting for that movie.
I don't remember seeing either film though, so I'm just guessing.

I think that was a different movie.
'Caged - the human prey' was about a woman (Pilar Olive) who, somewhere in South America, got abducted by false police on false drug accusations to a remote women's prison, somewhere in the jungle, where they are used as sex slaves and even hunting preys by rich men. But her boyfriend sets up a rescue plan. The role of the wicked warden was played by Elena Wiedermann, who ties unruly prisoners to an X-cross.
Generally it is an average lesbo-bondage-women-in-prison entertainment, although some scenes ara as hot and muggy as the tropical climate the story is set. But I like Wiedermann's part in it, as a cold, harsh warden, who rapes the prisoners but hates to be called 'lesbian'!
The final scene, where she is overwhelmed by the vengeful revolting prisoners, and dragged and tied to the cross, is well staged and her fear and resistance well played.

here on CF, I remember the sadistic female warder getting her crux-commeuppance,
but I haven't found it with a quick search, and anyway most old links are dead now.

Very nice set! Upside down Crux is very emotional. Also like #5 amazing back view and beautiful position of hands. Great artworks.
