Indian Pacific, named for the oceans it joins up.

An interesting video, it just shows you how big and empty this country is, that middle part of the journey is just mile upon mile of the same flat landscape, and the longest straight stretch of track in the world. You get the impression in a different way flying over the centre as many international flights do, hours of the same red desert. Most of us live within 100km of the coast!

I travel on those double decker commuter trains you see in the start of the video :)

Buchons hired from the Spanish Air Force 'played' Me109 in the movie 'Battle of Britain' (1969). In the same movie, Spanish CASA 2.111, 'played' He111 bombers, from which they were derived.

This is just one of the remarkable roles played by Spanish armed forces in film history.

In Kubrick's Spartacus (1961), the Roman legions marching up in the final battle, were hired Spanish troops.

In Leone's The Good, the Bad an the Ugly (1966), Spanish troops played the Union forces (and provided vintage artillery guns) for the battle of Branston Bridge. The bridge itself was built and blown up (twice, since the first shoot went wrong) by Spanish engineer troops, who also made the hundreds of graves for the set of the final scene, the huge Sad Hill Cemetery (that still exists today).

First time I’ve heard of her. I note she’s never worked for Cruxdreams.

And, as far as I can see, she has never been nude but there may be sites I cannot reach!
