Wonderful, Crumera, a topic that is all too absent from stories and depictions here. The grieving mother confronted by the degrading punishment of her beloved son, the son unable to avoid this tragic and humiliating meeting. No mother should have to see her adult son stripped, brutalised and hung up to die like this. No son should have to display his adult body to his mother.

This is a clever picture, as we get two views from different perspectives. The male victim pov, and the shadow which provides a more conventional angle in silhouette.
