Now he has posted the final part, with his permission this is my response to Crumera's original picture, the mother watching with sadness as her son is exposed to the world, erection and all.

Would a mother be shamed by this, or proud of her son's obvious potency?

Think the grief seeing her son crucified would trump any emotion about his erection.

She was caught in the act of comforting a crucified condemned. That is a crucifiable crime!
Every guard ought to have the authority to arrest her there, without warrant! He is a sworn official! His testimony is ex officio a warrant and a proof of guilt!

Now there is something original. Had to look twice how the feet are nailed. Ha! Only one foot. Whole different kind of dynamics i would say. Thx Crumera.
 
Of both women both feet are nailed the ones you dont see the nail of, also through
the ankle

Congratulations on a type of crucifixion I have never seen before! They are twisted and in agony, but unable to die as the crosspiece supports them. It would work with the right foot nailed to the top of the beam, rather than through the ankle to the side.
