Five is impossible, I couldn't even make up my mind which five artists belong in such a list. And if I did, I couldn't then pick five pictures. But rules are rules.

A very suggestive one. You only see the nailed ankles and the shadow, but it leaves a lot to the imagination.

This one, I like for the simplicty, although it tells a lot. A crucifed woman and man (a couple?). Some tools, and her underwear laying in front of them. The underwear as a last memory of her 'normal life'.
